• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
• The item must be in resalable condition
Return or exchange requests raised after the specified period will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Shipping Charges & Deductions
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Refusal of Delivery

pazida.com shall not be liable for failure or delay in processing returns or refunds due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, lockdowns, courier disruptions, or government actions.
